Weekly ABF Leader Update: Celebration, Prayer for Missions Teams, and helpful links

Over the past few weeks our church has had a focus, because of Pastor’s Sunday morning and Sunday evening services, on 3 main things:

  • Prayer
  • Invitation of the lost and unchurched
  • Revival in our church

I don’t pretend to always know exactly what God is doing and why He is doing it, but I can tell you this.  As a result of the ministry of people in our church during services, on GROW, on Missions trips, through Outreach Events, and through their own personal evangelism, there have been 43 people saved since Good Friday!

We know that God is not willing that any should perish and that all should come to repentance.  We know that God is pleased by prayer, by repentance and faith, by a confession of sin and seeking of Him in our lives.

I believe it is critical for us to abound and increase in prayer, in ministry, and in a desire for personal revival and revival in our church.  Would you continue to do these things in your own life?  Would you please take a moment to thank God for what He is doing and to pray for Him to do it in our church?!

Pray for our Tanzania Team

Our missions team to Tanzania will be coming home this weekend.  Please continue to pray for them as they finish up over there.
